Why a paper planner works for 12-week goals
The 12-week method lives or dies on one weekly ritual: computing your execution score and looking at it honestly. Paper is surprisingly good at this. A planner open on your desk is a scoreboard you can't alt-tab away from, and physically writing Friday's percentage in a box is a commitment device no app notification quite matches.
This planner is deliberately minimal — no habit grids, no quote-a-day, none of the decoration that turns planners into scrapbooks. One setup spread, twelve weekly scorecards, one review page. If you want the deeper system behind it, the complete 12-week execution guide covers everything from writing goals to running the 13th week.
How to use it
Fill in the setup spread first: your vision, one or two goals with measurable lag measures, and 3–5 weekly tactics per goal. Every Monday, copy the tactics onto that week's page with a planned count. Check them off through the week. Every Friday, total the done column, divide by planned, and write the score in the box — 85% or better means you're on track. After week 12, the review page walks you through closing the cycle.
