Execution score calculator
Enter this week's tactics — planned vs done — and get your weekly execution score, graded against the 85% benchmark, with a specific recommendation for the week ahead.
Weekly execution score
26 done ÷ 31 planned
Good week — one notch below the line.
70–84% is sustainable but won't compound like ≥85% does. Look at the biggest miss: was it capacity (cut scope) or avoidance (make it the first block on Monday)?
Track this automatically — freePilot computes this from your checked-off tactics every week.
Why score execution instead of results?
Results are lag measures — by the time revenue, weight, or word count tells you something went wrong, the weeks that caused it are gone. Execution is the lead measure: you know every Friday whether you did the things that produce the result, while there's still time to correct. The full reasoning is in our guide chapters on lead vs lag indicators and the ≥85% rule.
One honest caveat: a calculator you have to visit is itself a tactic you can skip. If you already know Friday-you won't show up here, use the scorecard template in Pilot — the score computes itself from tactics you check off during the week.
Frequently asked questions
The percentage of planned tactic instances you actually completed in a week: done ÷ planned. It's the core metric of the 12-week method — a lead measure for your goals that you control completely, unlike results, which lag by weeks or months.
